Processing notes

For your security, we will not respond to you via unencrypted email, but by phone, fax, or letter. Your personal advisor is always available for contact and will review your request immediately!

We will make every effort to resolve your questions as quickly as possible to ensure confidentiality and to restore your trust. If your request cannot be processed within five business days, we will notify you.

Alternatives

You can bring your problem not only to our internal supervision department, but also to the arbitration and/or ombudsman institutions. These organizations support out-of-court settlements between the two parties, and we participate in dispute resolution proceedings before arbitration bodies.
